I love love love the color scheme for my Guild Wars 2 OC, Celisse Albus! It's amazing! Celisse has ancestors that were Luxon and I'd like to think that this outfit resembles their style.
The armor that she is wearing in this art is based off a concept art that ArenaNet released for a Light Armor example. I edited the picture to remove the wasp-like wings and the hood. But other than that, the design is here [link] and it belongs to ArenaNet.
This piece was also commissioned from Gaia Online by the very talented
