, I knew this was THE art to beat. This has become her new updated look. This art is of my Guild Wars 2 OC, Celisse Albus. In this art, she is powering up her Water Magic with a glyph and is ready to launch an attack with an ice spell.
Celisse is using Freezing Gust and Glyph of Arcane Power with her "Ghostly" dagger and Chimeric Prism. The armor that she is wearing in this art is based off a concept art that ArenaNet released for a Light Armor example. The design is here [link] and it belongs to ArenaNet. I have added the sandals and removed the pants to add a more feminine touch.
